How I think about staging
A listing photo should make a buyer want to see the house, not surprise them when they get there. That is why every staged photo carries a built-in disclosure toggle. Turn it on and the shot is labeled as virtually staged for your MLS. Enhancement is fair game; misrepresenting the property is not.
